Congratulations on taking the first step towards fitness accountability. Each month, you are dedicating yourself to running a 5K. You run it on your own time, on your own terms.
Every month, you choose the location where you would like to run your 5K. You can be on the treadmill, it could be in your neighborhood, you can even join a group of participants for a local run in your area.
Starting in October 2017, we will post suggested training plans for you to work up to January's 5K. You can complete the suggested plans as you wish, choosing to walk, run, or do an interval session.
Pam started running three years ago. Having lost 100+ pounds, her goal is to motivate others to get moving. Her longest race to date is a full marathon.
